hi there! I’m ryan.

 

My name is Ryan Molfetta and I’m a certified personal trainer and certified corrective exercise specialist who is also a current Nutrition & dietetics grad student at Russell Sage to become a Registered Dietitian. Fitness has been a huge part of my personal and professional career.

I started health and wellness journey in 2016. I was extremely insecure, felt “chubby” and fresh out of a bad break up. All things pointed to a serious change in the making.

I can’t express how important fitness AND nutrition are when making the change towards a healthier lifestyle. There are alot of people out there that are guaranteeing you “super fast results” to take your money and not teach you anything. The saying “ teach a man to fish and he will feed himself forever” holds true when I take on new clients.

My goal is to train and teach you how to exercise efficiently and effectively while also teaching you how to eat and fuel YOUR body for YOUR goals. Join our growing team and fall back in love with yourself again. Knowledge guaranteed.

You can achieve anything you set your mind to but only YOU can decide the time it takes to get there. Things you’ll need: time, drive, passion, discipline and the effort it takes to reach your goals. Do you have what it takes?

Both transformations took about 6 months to achieve with continual & personal progression. These are just two of many clients of Ryan John Fitness. We aren’t showing you these results to make you compare yourself, we are here to build our clients up for putting the hard work in! These programs are designed to help you learn how to lift properly AND obtain healthier eating habits, without negative restrictions. Never compare yourself to anyone else as this is YOUR journey.
